Introduction
This is my first post, I’m pumped. My name is KentPhilly.eth and I run StakeRocketPool.xyz and EthereumStakingGuide.com. I have a 4 ETH validator in process and also ETH in the protected + MEV pools. I have been testing myself for a few months and now with my partner SunshineStaking.eth, the head of consumer education, we’re ready to spread the word about Stakehouse to help onboard influencers and non-crypto bro communities to becoming validators and LSD hodlers with us.

How-To Videos and Guides for each Stakehouse Product. We have started with these two guides and videos below.
Here are ideas we have for how we can help grow the community organically. We would start from the top down and evolve as we see progress and tactics that work best.
Individual videos and guides for each staking product ( MEV, Protected, Node, dETH, & kETH).
Interviews with successful validators - sharing their tips and tricks to be a successful Ethereum node operator. We suggest starting with 3 interviews with current node operators.
On-Chain Marketing Campaigns with Layer3 or RabbitHole. Create NFT games that rewards specific types of users (current LSD stakers or L2 users) for learning about StakeHouse and why they should become a solo validator.
Women Node Operators Video & Mentoring Series - I am mentoring Sunshine right now on how and why to be a node operator and ETH LSD investor. We have a Dapp node and I’m showing her how to run a node at home with back-up options and remote support if needed. Sunshine wants to help mentor other women to get into staking and to break down the barrier for women to get into staking. We’d like to highlight Sunshine’s experience along with any other women in the community’s experience to show that women and any human can be a successful ETH validator or ETH investor over the long run.
Background:
Kentphilly.eth - Positive energy investor and analyst. I started in 2017, joined Flipside Crypto in 2020 as head of customer growth, then joined tradfi in 2022 to help exchanges with fiat onramps at Worldpay by FIS. Top 5% DeFi user by activity, lost lots of ETH learning, and active early investor in a variety of projects and communities. Founded StakeRocketPool.xyz in 2022, helping university students learn about Rocket Pool and vote with my investors shares. I’m into a few NFT communities and hope to get every community running it’s own LSD network sooner than later.
SunshineStaking.eth - Sunshine is newer to ETH staking, but as been leading content for the Unviersity of Cincinnati’s Crypto Lab with interviews and hardware wallet guides. Sunshine wants to help get more women into staking and we both are interested in helping grow an ETH validator mentoring program.

Input and suggestions for interviewees for the node operators would be great.
Are there any women node operators in the community? I’d like to connect them with Sunshine and I to do a video interview and to help advise the mentoring program.
Suggestions on the compensation to request for the video guides or how should test out an on-chain marketing campaign with Layer3 or Rabbithole.

I see these as valuable contributions, may I ask how much BSN you are expecting as compensation? I think the best system would be to propose compensation upon completion of tasks but It would be good to get a feel for around how much you are expecting to receive.
Great question, we were looking for guidance and now will follow your lead. Our idea is to charge a flat rate per video and then ask for more later if it makes sense. Each video takes on average ~5 hours to complete end to end and so we estimate each final video at $100-$500 depending on who’s making the video on the team (some believe they’re worth $25 an hour and others $100 or more. We’ll cap the ask at $100 an hour until there is proven value compared to lower budget videos).

We are looking for anon or doxed node operators to do a video interview with SunshineStaking.eth and/or myself to learn best practices and lower the barrier to new node operators.
We have deemed this a reasonable expectation. Consider this an official approval and green flag to get started on the first video. After the video is delivered you should request an amount of BSN within the range discussed and you will be rewarded!

dETH vs. rETH vs. stETH vs. cbETH - ETH Liquid Staking Guide
The focus is to help get more liquid stakers first and then come back and focus on supporting more node operators once the liquid staking guides and campaigns have measurable traction.
Great stuff, really appreciate your initiative to put out content right away upon getting approval from us! I think this is a great start for BSN education. I have only one suggestion: using medium rather than Notion for the written guide component. Notion requires users to sign up/log in to see the content you’ve posted, and though it’s a simple thing this will cause a large chunk of users to click away during that process.
I think a more generic channel, such as EthereumStakingGuide and CryptoStakingGuide is better than just being a Blockswap community brand. Let me know what you think and what the channel should cover.
Makes sense. I’m going to move to a true website and will move the articles over to Medium. I am thinking of testing out Mirror.xyz too.,
FYI for the community - the Cookie3.co team gave me early access to their product so that I and/or my team can test out tokenized campaigns along with the video or blog content.
Youtube is not letting me publish on the CryptoStakingGuide account so I am waiting for approval and looking for an alternative. I’m going to try and loop in my education partner Sunshine to see if she can post on her SheNodes channel before I can post on the CryptoStakingGuide account.

For the work thus far, the total amount requested for this work is 400,000 BSN for a total of ~$2,700 with BSN at $0.0067.
This was calculated by valuing each video from $100-$500 depending on the time/cost spent ($2,500 total) and then $50 for each of the 4 blog posts ($200). The Tweets and presentation were provided for free and/or included in the costs of the videos and blogs.
