Introduction
The completion of Blockswap Network’s roadmap has been the main objective of Blockswap Labs’ initiatives, projects, and strategies over the past three years. Substantial protocols and supplemental toolings were delivered for the wider adoption of Blockswap Network. This notice outlines Blockswap Labs’ technical contributions and signals the end of the Blockswap Network roadmap.

- CIP Testnet - Utilizing Blockswap’s multiparty computation for trustless validator signing key recovery.
- Stakehouse Position Paper - Implementation details for Stakehouse protocol in Mainnet.
- Stakehouse Formal Audit - Performed by Runtime Verification and Certora.
- Blockswap DAO - The DAO was given 53% of all BSN tokens.
- Stakehouse Mainnet - Stakehouse core contracts and UI made available for users.
- CIP Stakehouse Application - Key loss recovery in Mainnet.
- Common Interest Protocol Position Paper - Implementation details and protocol specification for Stakehouse MPC.
- Stakehouse LSD Networks Mainnet - Mainstream application for launching liquid staking networks. Anybody can now create a liquid staking derivatives network in 60 seconds or join as a Protected Staker, MEV Staker, or Node Operator.
- Fren Delegation - Tooling request by the community that allows anybody to stake to specific validators.
- Stakehouse Monitoring Mainnet - Ethereum’s first consensus layer observability and monitoring platform that works with Execution layer smart contracts.
- Woodpecker Mainnet - Permissionless and trustless routers for web3 with ZK fraud proofs.
- dETH Gateway - Multichain ETH staking for Stakehouse and LSD - bridgeless dETH transfer for Optimism.
- LST Optimizer Testnet - Auto-curation of Stakehouse validators including deposit optionality for stETH and rETH.
- Official app on SAFE app store - LSD deployment and LSD network staking dapp
- Stakehouse Withdrawals - Withdrawals for Stakehouse stakers available in Mainnet.
- LST Optimizer - The LST Optimizer is available for mainnet users.
Current State of Blockswap Network
With the release of the LST Optimizer and withdrawals on mainnet, the Blockswap Network ecosystem is available and fully operational to the community. All protocols are functional both independently and cohesively. This is the mark of a full-fledged ecosystem. The protocols are immutable and operating nominally. All protocols are permissionless, trustless, and aligned with Blockswap Network.
Labs has successfully delivered the protocols outlined in the original roadmap and even extended well beyond it with additional toolings for wider adoption.
Next Phase
The roadmap is complete and a substantial amount of tooling was provided by Blockswap Labs. Blockswap Labs will go into a maintenance phase by providing support for Blockswap protocols and toolings. This next phase will continue until there is substantial protocol usage necessitating additional toolings and protocols to be provided to the Blockswap Network ecosystem. Another part of this phase is to support any integrations and growth efforts both internally and by the community. Labs will be an active independent community member supporting the network’s protocol integration effort for the foreseeable future.
