Anchor DAO is the leading blockchain initiative for Vanderbilt University, a top-tier institution, housing some of the brightest students in the United States. Our organization’s mission is simple and direct. We want to educate Vanderbilt students about blockchain technology and let them apply their knowledge to create a positive impact on the world. We are dedicated to creating the next generation of leaders in blockchain technology and becoming the Web3 Hub of the Southern United States.
General Overview of Organization:
Anchor DAO has two specialized tracks catering to our members’ diverse interests and talents. The research track contains students interested in the intersection of finance and blockchain. They create performance reports on interesting companies and protocols in the industry and contribute valuable input for our organization’s investment fund. On the other side of the organization, we have the development track containing our computer science team members, who handle programming and push the technical side of project development.
To further promote educational initiatives for our college students, we have created an Anchor DAO LSD network, and recognizing the gas fees spent on this, we are seeking $150 worth of BSN tokens to recover some costs.
We want to improve and expand our education backed mission, and partnering with Blockswap will be a right step forward for both organizations.
