Hi All,
The Grants Council met yesterday and compiled a list of open projects and initiatives that we’d like to see the community build.
Below is a list of open ideas for projects, enhancements, and businesses that the DAO would like to fund for individuals and organizations to build for the Blockswap DAO ecosystem.
Please consider taking one of these ideas below and writing up an outline as to how you and/or your team can create value for the community through the execution of one of the below concepts.

- Business Development Lead for the DAO
- Balancer Integration - reference
- Notification bot for Validator Exits
- Use Case: There is a request from gMEV token holders to have a telegram or Discord notification bot to update when a validator exited and anyone can claim ETH.
- Redacted integration with kETH
- This has passed a vote and we need the next steps now.
- LSD Network for Restaking Cloud
- build a LSD network just for the Restaking Cloud to offer staked ETH + restaked ETH together.
- L2 Adoption Project
- L2 DeFi Protocol incentives campaigns - farming on L2s
- Home Stakers Grant Program - create a program to reward #stakefromhome validators with BSN for growing the decentralized ETH staking community.
- MEV Market: Enable Stakehouse validators and MEV Stakers to rent their MEV/fees emissions for ERC-20 tokens (using native delegation, so they never lose custody of their SLOT tokens)
- Testnet UI and contracts on Sepolia:
- deploy Stakehouse, kETH vault contracts and UI to Sepolia (preferably IPFS)
- Marketing campaigns - social media (6, 12, etc months, minimum tweets per month, engagement goals/bonuses)
- Marketing campaigns - writing/research (Medium, research based companies, etc)
- Adding or fixing Stakehouse, kETH Vault, etc on aggregator websites like DefiLlama
